Une bière délicieuse - A delicious beer

Des copains m'on fait gouté la bière Innis & Dunn récemment et elle est exquise. C'est une bière d'Écosse qui est vieillie 77 jours en fûts de chêne, ce qui lui donne un goût remarquable, avec des aromes subtils de caramel et de vanille à la fin. Miam, vraiment délicieuse. :-)
Some friends recently introduced me to Innis & Gunn beer from Scotland. A really superior brew, full of flavour and delicate aromas... hints of caramel and vanilla in the after-taste. It is aged for 77 days in oak barrels to give it that special taste. Very good. I decided to sketch the bottle while drinking it, just to make sure I would slow down and enjoy every sip


C'est maintenant une des mes bières favorites. Dommage car elle n'est pas disponible à la Société des Alcools du Québec; il faudra m'en procurer qu'en j'irai en Ontario. Ou bien je vais demander au Père Noël qu'il m'apporte une bouture de chêne à bière Innis & Gunn pour Noël :-)
It is now my favourite beer, too bad it's not available in the province of Québec here in Canada. I guess I'll just have to drive to Ontario to buy a case or two once in a while and ration myself ! Or I could plant myself an Innis & Gunn beer tree.
